Burlingame Point is a visionary and dynamic commercial development comprising four office buildings, an amenity building and parking structure. Located on 18 acres of waterfront property, it is due for completion in January 2020 and has been fully leased to Facebook.

Burlingame Point is minutes from Burlingame’s revitalized urban center and creates an active hub for the community with access to the waterfront. Drawing people to the landscape and the Bay, there are a series of walking paths and open plazas intertwined through lush landscaping. Inspired by the region’s unique climate and native flora, the landscaping emphasizes  seasonal color and low water usage.

Designed by world-renowned architect Gensler, the buildings have unobstructed views of the San Francisco Bay and will achieve LEED Gold.

Burlingame Point transforms the typical model of a suburban office campus that is
focused on the workplace, delivering a community-oriented resource.

Design inspiration came from the San Francisco Bay - in particular the dynamics of light and water - with the shape of each building taking the form of the prevailing wind patterns.
The exterior design of the buildings was informed and inspired by the motion of water and the atmospheric environment it creates.

The two-story amenity building boldly focuses views toward the bay whilst outdoor terraces on the ground level, second floor, and roof further emphasize the Bayfront experience.

Kylli has also made improvements to nearby Fisherman’s Park, a popular spot to watch windsurfers in the Bay, ensuring that Burlingame Point leaves a lasting legacy for the future.

Amenities focus people toward the water with many landscaped open spaces created to take advantage of the prime bayfront location. Outdoor terraces in each office building
creates a truly unique indoor/outdoor experience with oversized sliding doors
opening to invite the outdoor space into the building.
